Project results and outcomes
Dear visitors,
The second wave of the large-scale international research program “Health in Times in Transition” has reached a stage, at which we can summarize and present to wider audiences main results of several studies implemented within the frameworks of the HITT-CIS project.
We are proud to present a series of project’s thematic Policy Briefs, containing regional overviews as well as short thematic summaries per country. The main themes address by these Policy briefs are : Tobacco, Obesity, Hypertension and Access to Healthcare.
Besides, the consortium starts publishing several “open access” research reports providing more detailed information on particular aspects of individual sub-studies of the program. These HITT-CIS research reports include detailed technical report on the large-scale household survey in 8 countries, survey’s Code and Reference book. Further reports to follow.
Furthermore, we would like to draw your attention that under the tab Project Reports you can find a large collection of scientific articles written and published by consortium’s experts in various peer-reviewed journals, as well as other related publications and books. This collection includes articles and books related on or arising from the project and “Health in Times of Transition” (2009-2013, www.hitt-cis.net).
Under the tab Press& Downloads one can find further project-related materials, such as press-releases, Bulletins (in English, Russian and Kazakh languages) as well as Newsletters and media reports dedicated to the HITT-CIS study.
